Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request an exchange.

Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Have proof of purchase or Order Number

We do not offer refunds. We only offer exchanges for eligible products.

How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, please contact us at help.bnp1122@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please provide your Order Number and details of the issue. Do not send any product back without contacting us first and receiving exchange instructions.

Exchange Process

Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect and verify the item.

If the product is found to be eligible for exchange and is in acceptable condition, we will approve the exchange and send you a replacement product.

No cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method will be provided.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide your Order Number along with clear photos or videos of the issue.

After verification, we will arrange an exchange if the claim is approved.

Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we may not accept exchanges for:

  • Used or opened beauty and personal-care products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Products without tags, where applicable

  • Products damaged due to customer handling

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Products that do not meet our exchange requirements

No Refund Policy

Buy Now Pakistan does not offer refunds.

All approved requests will be handled through product exchange only. Once we receive and inspect the returned product and confirm that it meets our exchange requirements, we will send the replacement product.
